General Policy

ONE DAY MINIMUM. Equipment may be picked up by 3:30 p.m. the day before,
IF AVAILABLE. Equipment must be returned by 10:30 a.m. the day after the rental.

RETURNS AFTER 10:30 a.m. WILL BE BILLED AN ADDITIONAL RENTAL DAY!

A complete copy of our rental policy is printed on the back of our rental contract
and is available upon request. All must agree to these terms and conditions for any equipment rental.

Rental Pricing

All prices based on a one day rental with a week rate of 3.5 days. Equipment subject to availability! Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation

72-hour notice is required to avoid rental charges.

Payment

All transactions are COD unless credit has been established. Open Net 30
accounts are available with approval after first rental. Visa, MasterCard and AMEX accepted.

Deposit

Front Row Experiences, Inc. may require a deposit on rental gear. This may be done with a valid credit card only used for deposit purposes.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged for all merchandise unless customer has exempt certificate. Front Row Experiences, Inc. DOES NOT charge sales tax on rentals.
